Yes, in its written form. bc in the email world that translates to "Regarding Tarts"
I would clearly know what the shop was selling and you can look at it th e other way "Reply: Tarts" as a shop that assumes you already had an inquiry about tarts and they are forever "replying" to your urge to eat fattening desserts.
BUT. when you verbally say...yeah lets go to "RE:TARTS" to pronounce it w/o written context is to poke fun at our people who are of an extra chromosome, so if I can never say the store name out loud, i could never invite people to the store, so the store is shooting itself in the foot because no one would be able to talk about it and it will fail miserably.
